Hi, I’m Julian. I am a personal trainer, fitness studio owner, and exercise physiologist, which is a fancy way of saying I study the science of exercise. I love to listen to the unique challenges my clients face, then reflecting deeply before offering a systematic method of achieving the results they desire.
I learned very early on in my career that my true passion was not so much fitness, but witnessing the positive transformation of the people I served.
