  • What does your training program include?
A personalized, periodized strength training program. 3-5 workouts per week, depending on your goals, fitness level, and time availability.
  • How will I access the workouts?
Through an interactive app called TrainHeroic. You’ll see detailed instructions of each workout, along with video demonstrations of exercises, a section for notes, and a column to log the weight used.
  • Is there a minimum time commitment I need to sign up for?
The standard program is 90 days, or 3 months. It includes three progressive phases, each lasting one month. This is the perfect amount of time to progress through the necessary phases of a good strength training program and see results that last.
  • What about nutrition?
You will receive nutrition guidelines as part of the program. More importantly, we will identify your biggest pain points and systematically address them. A personalized assessment and nutrition plan are also available, with a Registered Dietitian and Licensed Nutritionist. Contact me if you’re interested, as this is a separate program.
  • How do I communicate with you?
You have three options. 1. Email: Longer questions or concerns can be addressed through email. Please expect up to 12 hrs of response time. 2. Text: I am available for texting on Monday through Friday from 12-1pm. 3. TrainHeroic app: you can write notes on specific workout days or exercises. I’ll answer through the app.
  • Do I need access to a gym?
Not necessarily. Many of my clients train at home with just a few pieces of equipment.
  • What kind of equipment do I need?
I can design a program with whatever you have, even if it’s a bodyweight program. Ideally, you’d want to grab one or a few of the following: - Two sets of dumbbells (one light pair and one heavy pair) - One or two kettlebells - TRX straps - One exercise mat - One light/medium looped resistance band
